cell phone poem

if i regret your love
i must forget the city's sunlight
and a bus ride

those sirens and a hasty breakfast
write a parable
across a cell phone

you can't murder a memory
so don't neglect
the fire in those moments

each poem digs its roots into
the freckles on his back
i won't forget it

i

i will be empty
for as long as I am meant to be

dreams are buildings

dreams are buildings
towers are flowers
I am blossoming
towards the blue
your quaking is an aching
and I am fervent
for your hope
all words are evil
after you've used them twice

i am intoxicated by you

refrain from wringing
the curtains
in your grasping
your ears angle
towards a shy
fluttering of
your eyes

haunches

the human-without shelter
a book of love
the haunches bringing buoyance
a full smile
is strengthened by release

the beast counts my fibers
and counts me to be
one of these
but I grow
and you are my rose

i am waiting- crying
i was never more happy

Few

the
girl
ran
into
the
night
the
night
was
cool
and
light
she
was
glad
for
that

Your Membrane

Mind me baby
I don't mind you
We are trying
the telling pall
I'll give you love
if that's what you want
You are someone
that I could love
Your membrane
soothes me
and glues the two
fruits into smoothies
you blue brained
baby
love me

Knowing

I don't know much
besides
the trees
but I do care about
you
and
me
and that means more
than knowing

A Home for Small Words

Can we give these small
words a home
Between your lips
I'll watch them unfold
and I will fall in love with you again

You can do things with
These words that
I am afraid to do
Your voice is more brave
My voice is afraid
My words can find a home
being held by your tongue
I love you in this

This

I want to show you this star in the sky, which has caught my eye like the softness in your gaze
I'm daydreaming for days

I want to show you this star in the sky
because I'm wondering why
you never knew that I loved you

Small words

I.
He is embraced by the column of light
In the forest underground
He told me about the way that
Music makes him feel

II.
We must run so fast or the movements won't work
and the feelings won't line up quite right

III.
I want to love you secretly
because that would be
a special thing

I would ask nothing of you
and I would treasure you
for being what you are

@Hershey Park

She had a petulance
in her neck
hard and fast to dictate
the retreating gaze
and eyebrows

The borderline of
grassy knolls
each one
more green
than the other

She cast this fragment
of grass
Over her shoulders
and he grew
to love the
sky more
than gravel and grass

Its safe here
we can achieve
lets build
skyscrapers
in this earth

he sailed
away that
night to
the land
of mountains
and trees
skyscrapers
built themselves

12:30

Give me the celebrating feelings

Forwards

Are you a flower

I hate flowers

Are you my lover

I hate lovers

Give me the ribbons to tie round my

neck

Something

What is a poem? That feeds the craving in you, better than any love. What do your bones need more than that marrow of the word and its skeleton. It is that song.

Who I am is Alive

Marry me marry me marry
you cycle the wishes well meaning
What did you mean to say?

I washed your hair in the winter
You bit into my mind
without tasting anything

You let me be your fool
Spring chased our love away
I am an evolution charging
time loops
a dream
undying

I let myself cease with you
Now I am true
blue and flowing
